Trinity’s fine arts program is designed to expose students to diversity and beauty in 2-D and 3-D art and to promote creativity, self-expression, and communication through art. Our program consists of two survey art courses, painting, and advanced studio. In these courses students learn to draw with perspective, use watercolor, oil, acrylic, and tempera paint, throw pottery, sculpt, create mixed media works, engage with photography, and ultimately view the world through a different lens.
Trinity offers a range of music programs designed to provide exposure to all types of styles of music, while also offering experiences of performing this music to our school community, parents and friends, and also charity performances, including Church communities, and various charity venues, including, Cumberland Country Prison. Students in some of our programs have the opportunity to be chosen to perform at higher levels, such as the County Chorus Festival or County Band Festival. All of our music programs aim to increase student proficiency with the idea of continued music involvement.
The Saint Genesius Players present a spring musical annually for the Trinity community. Students audition, rehearse for six to eight weeks, and give three performances for the general public over one weekend. Students and faculty construct the set and serve as technicians for sound, lights, and backstage for each show.
