Visual Arts

Trinity’s fine arts program is designed to expose students to diversity and beauty in 2-D and 3-D art and to promote creativity, self-expression, and communication through art. Our program consists of two survey art courses, painting, and advanced studio. In these courses students learn to draw with perspective, use watercolor, oil, acrylic, and tempera paint, throw pottery, sculpt, create mixed media works, engage with photography, and ultimately view the world through a different lens.

Teacher: Julia Palmer

Performing Arts

Trinity’s Music Program offers students opportunities to learn from experienced faculty and talented peers, perform in a variety of venues, and develop skills to pursue music studies in college or build the foundation for life-long music appreciation. Students who meet the requirements are inducted into the Tri-M Music Honor Society, Lisa Rhoades Silva Monroy Chapter.

St. Genesius Players

The St. Genesius Players produce a musical each spring–students and young alumni are involved in every aspect of bringing the production to life. They choreograph, direct, act, manage the stage and costumes, and get a taste of life on and behind the stage. In 2020, the Players put on Peter Pan, complete with flying, and in 2021, the group adapted to covid restrictions and produced KVID-39 for the silver screen! Other recent pieces include Annie and Beauty and the Beast.
