Girls Head Wrestling Coach
Trinity High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Wrestling Coach to develop our inaugural girls wrestling program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wrestling and with a focus on promoting teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship. Candidates must be willing to start the program from the ground up. As the Head Coach, you will play a key role in mentoring athletes, coordinating practices, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that is in line with Trinity’s faith and mission statement.
Job Description:
– Develop and implement a brand new program to the school
– Provide guidance and support to athletes
– Foster a positive team culture by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among athletes
– Coordinate practice schedules, competitions, and team events to ensure smooth operations
– Collaborate with assistant coaches and staff to ensure effective communication and program coordination.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during training sessions and competitions
– Open Communication with Athletic Director
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
– Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
– Understanding of Track Wrestling Software
– Ability to demonstrate leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to use technology necessary to promote athletes

Substitute Teacher
Trinity High School is looking for substitute teachers. Most will be used for day-to-day substituting, although long-term substitution may become necessary as the school year progresses. Substitute teachers are also the first to be considered for full-time employment when a position opens in the discipline that corresponds to their certifications.
