Concession Stand Manager
The Concession Stand Manager performs various functions related to the operation of the concession stands for all Trinity High School Athletics functions including school games and tournaments. The manager facilitates efficient customer service in the areas of concession sales and event admittance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: oversee all operations of the concession stands; create and manage the volunteer schedule; determine the menu and pricing for the season; purchase all food and non-perishable items; oversee day-to-day operations of the concession stands. Day-to-day operations may include: opening procedures for stand operation, ensuring all concession areas have proper displays and merchandise, working closely with Athletic Director in regard to banking needs for operation, working closely with TAA and Athletic Director for assistance with operations and volunteers, maintaining a clean work area, and bringing concerns and maintenance items to TAA meetings.
